We ship most packages via USPS or USPS International; some boots or specialty items ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and processing times may vary and can take up to 10 Business Days to leave our facility (OR the specified ship date that is found in an item's description, if different for any reason such as custom made items / made to order items / FTGS Brand Items; in most cases these categories can take up to 3 weeks). This is not including the date of purchase or en route shipping times. We are a small family run business and most our items are MADE TO ORDER/ON DEMAND. This can also result in a separation of shipments (EXAMPLE: if you ordered 2 items, they may have different tracking numbers if one is our FTGS brand and one is a boot or shoe order, etc.). IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR THE TIME FRAME GIVEN IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ITEMS ORDERED (not including the day you ordered) SINCE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US THROUGH YOUR SHOPFTGS ACCOUNT IN THE MESSAGE CENTER FOR A TRACKING NUMBER AND TO INQUIRE OF THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR PACKAGE! Your patience is very much appreciated.

When you place an order, your status will be "Awaiting Fulfillment" until the time it ships (it may chance to "Awaiting Shipment" while we prepare your package for postage, etc.) and then will be changed to "Shipped" and a tracking number will usually be updated at that time. "Awaiting Fulfillment" does NOT mean your order has not been received yet or is on back-order, it simply means FTGS is processing the items for production, packaging, etc. Emails are sent to the email address the customer provides every time there is an update or status change, so please ENSURE that your email address is correct or you will not get this notifications; you will only see them when you log into your shopftgs account.
When purchasing with www.shopftgs.com you are agreeing to be charged AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE even if your order does not ship out until the specified ship dates listed above.
*Important Note about Shipping Addresses: We are UNABLE to give specific instructions to the shipping carrier about your package. IE: "Please leave at front door if no one is home" or "Bring to shed or garage if door is locked", "Only deliver between these hours", etc. These instructions are unable to be told to the carrier at USPS and we cannot ensure anything besides the tracking confirmation and delivery to your address by the company itself.
If your order payment has gone through and is 'Awaiting Fulfillment' or 'Awaiting Shipment' and you choose to cancel your order for any reason within our shipping time frames of 10 business days or less (or the STATED ESTIMATED SHIP DATE on the specific item description itself), we will refund your money and charge a 10% fee for the cancelled orders since we start processing and working on your order immediately after the order is placed. This is NO exception policy.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US
We currently ship to the UK & Canada. (Our Etsy shop ships worldwide! Visit us at www.etsy.com/shop/ftgs - is something isn't listed you want, message us there and we will add it!) We ship our packages outside of the US via USPS International Services. Once we pay for shipping and drop off your package with USPS, you will get a tracking number and your order could take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days to receive. USPS processes your order through customs and we are not in control of the time frame in which they process these shipments. We also pay for all our costs and customs fees here and it leaves our country completely paid for; if you are charged additional customs fees in your country, that is not covered by us and we have no way of knowing or telling what your area will or may charge. The buyer/customer is responsible for those fees at the time.
SHIPPED PACKAGES & WRONG ADDRESSES
The shipping address that is given to us at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship to. If you've changed addresses, made an error, or it was deemed "DELIVERED" BY USPS and the customer claims to not have received it: FTGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE PACKAGES. We will not refund or resend these items. IF we DO receive the items back because they were "UNDELIVERABLE" we will REFUND THE PRODUCT only and not your shipping cost. We will not resend these items. We go by the shipping address and what USPS does after that. Please be careful in entering your information.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
***A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns or exchanges on our footwear and outerwear (coats, sweaters, hoodies, boots, shoes.) even if they have not yet shipped to you yet. We order our boots & coats straight from a manufacturer facility and we cannot recollect our fees so we have to charge 20% on any refunded or "cancelled" or refunded orders.
ALL ITEMS will NOT BE SUBJECT TO REFUNDS after 10 days of being deemed "DELIVERED" BY THE SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER. After the 10 days from the date of delivery we will not accept any refunds for any reason.
If you need to request a refund or exchange, you can do so by logging in to your SHOPFTGS.com account. If the request is accepted we will let you know where to ship the items back to and give you the details of how we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Please Note: We do not refund shipping charges and fees; but only the cost of the actual item you are returning itself and any fees discussed above.
***If for some reason you received the wrong item or your item was damaged in transit, please be ready to provide photos to us as proof and make sure it is noted to us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you how we can to fix the situation at hand as best as possible. PLEASE NOTE: We can ONLY refund the TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR SALE! If we had an error on your order and you ship it back to us, we CANNOT refund this amount to your credit card, bank account, or PayPal. We can ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR SHIPMENT BACK TO US!
